Blueprint2Building,LLC is owned by Stan & Paula Conrad.  

Stan has been working in the construction field since he was old enough to hold a hammer.  He was employed with the family business until moving to the Amherst area in 1997.  After working for a commercial construction company for a few years, he knew it was time to step out in faith and follow his dream and passion.  In 2002 Blueprint2Building,LLC was established.

Paula started working with Stan in 2015.  She handles all the administrative and office management details.

We are a well-rounded company working in all areas of construction including custom builds such as kitchens, baths, decks, etc.
